Tecnar Accuraspray 4.0
Monitor your thermal spraying activities with Tecnar Accuraspray 4.0 to ensure consistent coatings and increased productivity. FST has taken the integration of Tecnar Accuraspray 4.0 to a different level with full integration in the spray booth and GO/NO GO signal based on a reference signal.
Description
The Accuraspray 4.0 monitors particle and plume properties before each spray run. This ensures that spray conditions are optimal for ideal coating performance. Operators are automatically notified if spray conditions are not within predetermined process windows, reducing the risk of failure, ensuring coating quality and increased production rates. With Accuraspray 4.0, operators can precisely monitor the spray plume characteristics, such as:
- Particle speed
- Particle temperatures
- Plum intensity
- Plum density
- Plum deviation
- Plum width
In addition to assuring that plum parameters are correct, the real-time availability of the Accuraspray 4.0 also helps with:
- Reducing coating development costs
- Reducing parameter development times
- Increase coating quality and consistency
- Reduce coating failures
- Increase your earnings
